In reply to RAnn. So far it's down about 50%, but it represents less than 1% of my total portfolio and it's something I plan on holding onto for a decade or more. So I won't know how it "turns out" for many years to come :)

Very interesting. Your frustrations and thoughts are probably similar to most people. The difference is you have a vision of a path to a better place and the patience to work at that vision to get to that place.
