They money I save on rent allows me to save and invest a ton of extra money as well, although I’m trying to resist the siren call of individual stocks and stick with index funds! Thanks for the feedback 🙂

You’re making many smart moves, Zach. This among the best of them. I remember the time I was a bachelor and paid this much rent. It allowed me to save significant money – enough for a downpayment on a home eventually, while also (gulp) investing in individual stocks.

Haha thank you thank you! Basketball is probably a young man’s sport…but I’ve seen plenty of middle-aged to older people out playing frisbee golf.
