That’s awesome to hear. Building your own website really is a great way to resume hack and I think very few people attempt to even create their own site just because it seems intimidating.

I had a similar experience, my blog helped me land my current job as it clearly displayed my writing ability and work ethic. My blog has been a great learning experience and I’ve been able to build up my marketable skills.
