The Bay is wildly expensive, and most people don’t have a high enough income to even rent comfortably in the area, let alone consider buying a home. It will be interesting to track the housing prices in the Bay during the coming years…

I’ll be riding my bike to work tomorrow and will have some great reading time on light rail the rest of the week.
So glad we don’t live in San Francisco! It’s one of my favorite cities, but definitely not worth delaying retirement to live there.
